Privacy notice
This notice explains how we process the personal data you send us through talamus.biyoreaktor.com, in accordance with Article 10 of the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law No. 6698 (KVKK).

What data we process and why
We process personal data only from the form you fill in, to the extent needed for site security and, if you give explicit consent, for site usage statistics and advertising measurement. We do not build marketing lists or sell data to third parties.

We do not store your IP address in plain form; we keep only a digest taken with a secret value. The digest stays with the request record for the request’s retention period so that misuse can be identified. The automated-submission check on the form runs on our own server; no third-party service is used for this. For cookies and browser storage, see the cookie policy.
How we collect data
We collect data electronically when you fill in the form on this site, and security records automatically while you use the site.
Who we transfer data to
We do not sell your data or share it with anyone for marketing purposes.
The site, the database holding form data and email delivery run on infrastructure in Türkiye:
- The server hosting the site and the database is located in Türkiye (İstanbul).
- The request confirmation email and request notifications are sent through Pikolab’s email infrastructure in Türkiye.
If your request concerns technologies developed by Pikolab R&D, such as control software, automation or QorSense, the information needed for technical evaluation may be shared within Türkiye with Pikolab R&D, the co-developer of Talamus systems (Muradiye Mah. CBÜ Kampüsü Küme Evleri No:22, Manisa Teknokent, Yunusemre, Manisa, Türkiye).
Hosting and email service providers process data only on our instructions, to provide the service. Otherwise we share data only when requested by legally authorised public authorities and only to the extent requested.
Your form data is not transferred abroad. Only if you give consent in the cookie banner is site usage data processed by Google LLC (USA) and Google Ireland Limited through Google Analytics and Google Ads. This transfer is based on your explicit consent; you can withdraw it at any time through the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of the page.
The introduction film, photographs and fonts load from the site’s own server. YouTube and LinkedIn links open the platform’s page only when clicked; data processing on those pages is subject to the platform’s own privacy terms.
Your rights
Under Article 11 of the KVKK, you may apply to us to:
- Learn whether your personal data is processed and, if so, request information about it.
- Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used in line with that purpose.
- Know the third parties to whom it is transferred in Türkiye or abroad.
- Request correction if it has been processed incompletely or incorrectly.
- Request deletion or destruction under the conditions of Article 7 of the KVKK.
- Request that corrections and deletions be notified to the third parties to whom the data was transferred.
- Object to a result against you arising from analysis exclusively by automated systems.
- Claim compensation if you suffer damage due to unlawful processing.
How to apply
Send your application, stating your identity and your request, from your registered email address to info@pikolab.com or in writing to 367/7 Sokak Avcılar Effect A Blok No:14/617, 35040 Bornova, İzmir. We reply within 30 days at the latest. Applications are free of charge; if the action requires an additional cost, the fee in the tariff set by the Personal Data Protection Board may be charged (KVKK Art. 13).
